to your request isn't available, Rand's engineering team and our proprietary
RandNet software allows us to recommend alternative parts with immediate

VENDOR PARTNERS
Rand prides itself on maintaining long term, high quality relationships
with an ever-expanding network of suppliers in all parts of the world. All
of our suppliers are subject to strict measurement under Rand's ISO Vendor
Qualification and Corrective Action Program. This program assures that we
only source from quality suppliers, which is evidenced by our less than 1%
return rate. The program is designed to screen out problem vendors before
they become a problem for our customers and to assure that any problems that
may occur with our existing vendors are traced back to the root cause. Rand
then partners with the vendor to find an appropriate solution to assure that
the problem doesn't reoccur. Due to the confidential nature of our relationships
with our vendors and the importance we place on maintaining quality long-term
relationships, it is not our practice to disclose our supply sources.
