The Rand Technology team is dedicated to making your business a success. Our highly trained
and experienced team of account managers, purchasing professionals and supporting staff stand
ready to service all of your product sourcing needs. The Rand Technology team works 24 hours
a day, 5 days a week and is on call at all other times.
Sales
Our sales team is divided into four geographic groups: United States, Latin America, Europe
and Asia. Among this group there are over 14 different languages spoken to assure that we
communicate clearly with all of our customers no matter where they are located.
Purchasing
Our purchasing team is divided into three geographic groups: United States, Europe and Asia.
The purchasing team is on the job 24 hours a day to assure that we are sourcing the highest
quality and lowest priced product anywhere in the world.
Customer Service/Operations
Our customer service and operations team is on call 24 hours a day to deal with any logistics
and quality issue that may arise with our customer’s orders. In addition, our customers have
the ability to track the progress of their orders on this website in the Order Information
section of this website.
