Andrea Klein, Chief Executive Officer

The Company's founder and CEO has over 28 years of industry experience and has been the Company's principal entrepreneurial force and strategic visionary.

A top salesperson in the electronic distribution community for more than 20 years, Andrea was a pioneer in the industry at a time when there were virtually no alternatives for an OEM outside of the factories or franchise distribution. With her creative capabilities, Andrea conceptualized many of the industry's initiatives including total acquisition cost strategies for her customers and has developed critical and longstanding relationships with many of the industry's leading OEM's and CEM's.

Andrea has been an innovator and significant contributor to the evolution of open market distribution. Under her leadership, Rand Technology was the first independent distributor to become ISO certified, the first to establish formal customer partnership programs, and to become one of the leading global independent distributors. Her determined focus on product knowledge, exemplary service and quality product has established Rand as the benchmark for quality and service in the open market.

Paul Bockstedt, President

Paul has more than twenty years of experience in growing and managing technology companies.

Prior to accepting the position as President of Rand Technology, he served as a partner at Newport Capital Holdings, a merchant banking and boutique financing firm located in Laguna Beach California. Paul has held senior level management positions with several industry leading technology companies including Solomon Software and Technology Group, Infotel, Mag Innovision and FoxConn. During his tenure at Infotel as head of the company's product development and marketing group, Paul was instrumental in developing in house product lines and Asian sources which fueled the company's growth from $90 million annually to over $800 million annually.  As Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing at MAG Innovision, Paul forged relationships with the distribution and direct market channels to position MAG as the premiere display solutions provider in the computer industry. As Executive Vice President of FoxConn's Imaging Group, Paul established agreements with Fortune 100 companies to design and manufacture their next generation of imaging products. Paul's experience includes business development, product engineering, sales, marketing, and operations.

Sean Sloan, Chief Financial Officer

As Rand Technology's CFO, Sean's responsibilities include designing and executing the company's worldwide financial and fiscal management policies, overseeing human resources, accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax and treasury functions along with directing and executing global financial and growth strategies and investments.

Prior to joining Rand, Mr. Sloan was a partner and Chief Financial Officer for Agile360, Inc., an Orange County California provider of professional system integration and virtualization solutions and an Inc. 100 fastest growing company, when divested. Before joining Agile360, he was Chief Financial Officer for Venture Control Inc., a Boston MA area corporate advisory and financial consultancy firm specializing in designing and implementing profit improvement programs for small to medium sized privately held concerns.

Mr. Sloan worked at Motorola, Inc. for 10 years, in various accounting/finance roles in the Phoenix Arizona area. Then more recently as Motorola's Western European Controller, located in Maidenhead Berkshire and later in Basingstoke Hampshire UK.

Mr. Sloan earned a bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from Arizona State University and is a member of the Turnaround Management Association.

Jack Lo, Managing Director of Asia

Jack has 10 years of sales, marketing and operation experience specific to the Asia area and electronic industry. Jack also has 12 years of IT experience from a variety of industries, including medical, manufacturing and electronic. Jack relocated to Singapore from Rand's corporate headquarters to build Rand's Asia operations. Jack set up Rand's Asia headquarters in Singapore and is responsible for the Asia sales and purchasing teams, logistics and operation. He has also overseen Rand's expansion to Shenzhen and Shanghai, China. Prior to joining Rand's executive management team, Jack was the Asia Manager at Panasonic Factory Automation (PFA), overseeing Asia Sales and Marketing for Panasert SMT machines to OEM's and CM's in China and South East Asia. Before Panasonic, Jack worked for Scantron Corporation as the Asia Manager. At Baxter Medical Corporation and Furon Corporation, Jack was responsible for their IT Departments. Jack is bilingual in English and Mandarin and has earned a B.S. Computer Science degree from Southern California Professional University and a B. A. Foreign Language and Literature from National Chung Kung University, Taiwan.

Jim Faulkner, Managing Director - Europe

Jim has over 25 years of sales, marketing and purchasing experience specific to the distribution of electronic components. In Jim's previous position with a prominent independent distributor he held the position of Director of Sales and Purchasing Europe, with full responsibility for those functions throughout the European sphere. Prior to that Jim has worked in several senior management positions gaining experience in all aspects of the component distribution market. He also spent 10 years with a leading UK franchised distributor performing various sales management roles.
