Tawnie Bassett-Parkins
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Tawnie Bassett-Parkins has led Rand Technology’s finance and administration teams since 2015 and has more than 30 years of finance, accounting and operations experience. She leads all financial divisions of the company and oversees information technology, legal, human resources, risk management and communications.
Tawnie is highly skilled in developing and implementing successful strategies for revenue growth, risk mitigation and focused financial forecasts. Her efforts for Rand have been instrumental in bolstering sales and identifying major opportunities and potential threats.
Prior to joining Rand, she was director of financial planning and analysis for a leading Japanese automaker. Tawnie later served in senior finance and administration roles and as an independent consultant/CPA for two California-based manufacturing and distribution companies
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Accounting at California State University, Long Beach, and has completed training programs in organizational change management and fraud prevention.
